Entry Level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer

Overview

We are looking to appoint several entry-level fire & security Maintenance Engineers within Marlowe Fire & Security across various locations in the UK. No experience is necessary as our in-house Training Academy will provide the skills needed to start your career in our business.

• Be trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems within a compact geographical area.
• Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure safety standards compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service on site visits.

• Keen interest in fire and security systems (entry-level role).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential).
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation.
• Great attention to detail and professional, presentable appearance.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work well both individually and in a team.
• Positive attitude and full driving licence (mandatory).
• Previous experience in service, broadband, or electrical industries is advantageous but not required.

• On Target Earnings £28,000 – £30,000 including bonuses & overtime
