Multi Trade Operative - Plumber

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, plus van, tools, company bonus scheme, and regular overtime.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumber who also brings skills in other trades. The role involves delivering first‑class service across properties in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will be a Multi‑Trade Operative, carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs within your specialist trade and any secondary trades.

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs efficiently and within required deadlines.

• Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance (subject to clearance).
• Eligibility to work in the UK; residency required in England or Wales for the duration of employment. Visa sponsorship not available.
• Proven experience as a plumber, with additional trade skills and strong customer‑care ability.
