Perform basic repairs and maintenance work.
Responsibilities- Assist tradespeople with general site duties.
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures and fittings.
- Carry out minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Move materials and equipment around the site.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Report defects, hazards, or damage to the Site Supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
- Assist with site setup and temporary works where required.
- Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance work.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous construction site experience preferred.
- CSCS Card
- Basic health and safety awareness.
- Relevant trade experience and own tools
