Position
Plant Fitter/Mechanic (Hydraulics) – Milton Keynes (Local Patch).
Salary & Benefits£30,000 - £35,000 (£50k+ OTE) plus training, progression, overtime, commission, vehicle, tools and fuel card.
Role OverviewThis position involves repairing and replacing hydraulic hoses at customer sites, supporting the company’s on‑call rota for emergency breakdowns, promoting products and services, and completing all related service paperwork and technical documentation.
Responsibilities- Attend customer sites to repair and/or replace hydraulic hoses.
- Participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rota to provide emergency breakdown support.
- Promote company products and services to customers where applicable.
- Complete all service paperwork and technical documentation.
- Prior working experience within a Plant / Diesel / Agri / Mechanical / Tyre Fitter and/or Mechanic role, or a related position.
- Background within mechanical engineering/fitting or a similar sector.
- Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
