Installation Engineer

Overview of Role

The Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of gas heating and hot water solutions, ensuring safety measures are met, and providing professional advice to clients on appliance usage. The right candidate focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of work.

• With a friendly and professional attitude, build strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring all work meets required standards.
• Carry out heating and hot water installations on properties across the region.
• Maintain high levels of customer care to meet quality standards.

• CCN1 qualified gas installation experience in domestic heating and hot water systems.
• Complete all appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting work.

• 5 days per week (Mon‑Fri) 8am to 5pm – 40 hrs, 1 hour lunch daily.
