Salary £30,000 - £42,000 + on-call, overtime & benefits

Metro Rod Bedford, Luton & Watford – LU, AL, MK postcode areas. Coverage across the UK via over 60 franchisees.
Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, there are also Willow Pumps and Filta, focusing on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions.
What’s involved?- Carry out a range of services associated with our emergency services offering, cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance of our customer’s assets new and old
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
- Maintain a high standard of company service, vehicles and equipment
- Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems
- Communicate effectively to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times
- Have a positive and helpful can‑do attitude
- Cover normal working hours and "on call" out‑of‑hours on a rota basis and have a flexible attitude to covering emergency situations when called upon outside of these periods
- Experience in commercial & domestic drainage is essential
- Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining
- Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS
- Have experience with CCTV surveys and lining an advantage
- Have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude

- Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
- Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 21 for insurance purposes
- Must live in the postcode areas noted above
