Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Salary: £47,676 Basic Salary + Overtime OTE: £55,000 - £60,000+
Bonus: £2,000 Joining Bonus
* Hours: 40 Hours Per Week + 1 in 4 On-Call Rota Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- £47,676.66 basic salary (inclusive of standby payments)

As a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a network of supermarket sites within your allocated area.
Key responsibilities- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration system faults
- Working on commercial CO₂ refrigeration pack systems
- Completing service visits and breakdown repairs efficiently
- Conducting minor refrigeration installations and modifications
- Ensuring all work is completed to industry and compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate service reports and documentation
- NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- F‑Gas Category 1 Certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commercial refrigeration service and maintenance experience
- Supermarket or retail refrigeration experience
- CO₂ refrigeration experience
- Hydrocarbon refrigerant experience
- IPAF 3a & 3b certification
- Electrical fault‑finding skills
- 18th Edition qualification
Additional training can be provided where required.
