Plumber

Annual salary: up to £35,621.25

As a Plumber you will work with Milton Keynes City Council, providing a stable and profitable contract. You will deliver excellent service and support through local teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Reactive plumbing repairs, including minor works.
• Small repairs such as leaking taps and plumbing systems.
• Change baths and perform basic plumbing installations.
• Work independently on most jobs, with support from colleagues on larger works.
• Use a handheld device to record works, timesheets and photographic evidence.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment to required standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and clear communication with residents.
• Adhere to all health and safety, quality and cost control requirements.

• NVQ qualification or proven experience in plumbing.
• Experience of working within social housing environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, friendly and customer‑focused approach.
