Vehicle Technician Opportunity – Join a Leading Main Dealer in Milton Keynes
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their reputable main dealer in Milton Keynes. This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced technicians to work within a renowned manufacturer-backed dealership committed to staff development and excellence in vehicle servicing.
Benefits- Basic salary up to £38,500 plus bonus, with an OTE of circa £42,000
- Late shift allowance
- Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends
- Working shifts 6:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm

- Conduct vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Carry out routine inspections, health checks, and repair tasks efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to both manufacturer and company guidelines
- Accurately complete job cards and maintain electronic workshop records
- Support the team by providing expert technical advice and fault diagnosis where required
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Diagnostic Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with diagnostic experience preferred for Diagnostic Technician roles
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
