Ev & Vag​/Porsche Specialist Technician Voltage Workshop

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance incentives
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  - STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

Unlike traditional main dealers that push expensive full-component replacements, we focus on advanced battery pack repairs, board-level electronics, and cost-effective component rebuilds for high-end electric and hybrid vehicles. Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician with a strong technical mindset to join our advanced EV workshop. You will handle high-voltage electrical diagnostics, battery pack troubleshooting, complex repairs, and specialist servicing across modern German electric platforms in a forward-thinking team.

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent hands-on workshop experience).
• Proven aptitude or direct experience working with VAG, Porsche, or modern German vehicle platforms.
• Interest or experience in high-voltage systems and electric vehicles (full specialist training provided for the right candidate).
• Clean, methodical work ethic and full UK driving licence with own hand tools.
