Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance of all admittance documents
• Calculate and reconcile inmate sentences and fees
• Maintain both manual and electronic offender documentation
• Prepare and manage transfers and discharge paperwork
• Offer authorized records information as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in records management and office systems
• Knowledge of relevant criminal legislation
• Strong problem-solving skills for error checks
• Competence in data handling and software
