Operational Excellence Coach at ROCKWOOL

Elevate operational performance as the Factory Operational Excellence Coach at ROCKWOOL in Milton, ON. Lead the ROPEX program to drive continuous improvement and cultural change across the factory.

This pivotal role within the Operations team focuses on implementing the ROCKWOOL Operational Excellence (ROPEX) program. The ideal candidate will possess a background in industrial engineering and over three years of experience driving effective change. You will facilitate workshops, support management, and ensure ROPEX capabilities are embedded in daily operations fostering sustainable advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training for management in ROPEX workshops

• Strategize and deploy effective operational initiatives

• Conduct value stream mapping and improvement workshops

• Coach teams in leadership and change management

• Ensure continuous use of ROPEX tools for KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• 3+ years of relevant experience driving change

• Lean Manufacturing implementation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills across all levels
