Our client seeks a Finance Manager to manage all administrative and reporting aspects of their fund. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with various executives including the Director of Fund Administration, CFO, and investment teams. This position is supported by a Senior Corporate Accountant and a Finance Executive Assistant, enhancing your ability to deliver within this critical function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer all operations linked to the fund, including credit facilities
• Prepare call and distribution notices for investors
• Handle investor inquiries and maintain relations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting per Canadian standards
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages for the fund and feeder vehicles
Requirements:
• Proven experience in fund administration or finance management
• Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE)
• Strong reporting and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication to manage investor relations
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams
