Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and record customer payments and transactions
• Initiate contact with customers for account collections
• Perform root cause analysis on inquiries
• Regularly reconcile accounts and clear discrepancies
• Complete month-end customer statements
Requirements:
• Diploma in accounting, finance, or business
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Expert in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
