HR Administrator in Acton
Location: Acton
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator with strong payroll experience to join a 3PL Logistics company for a 3 month contract to support the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Rate of Pay: $20.50/Hr
What we’re looking for:
Payroll (Primary Focus – 150 Employees)
Process bi weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees with accuracy and timeliness.
Review timesheets and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment standards.
Maintain payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies or employee inquiries.
HR Administration
Manage and update employee records, documentation, and files.
Draft, organize, and process HR documents such as letters, forms, and reports.
Respond to employee inquiries via email and other communication platforms.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks to support day to day operations.
What you bring:
Previous experience in HR administration, payroll, or related roles.
Strong understanding of bi weekly payroll processes.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and confidentiality.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with payroll systems considered an asset.
Reliable access to a vehicle for commuting to Acton, ON.
