Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing payroll, supporting employees and managers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

– Salary range from $65,000 – $95,000.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process payroll for 250+ employees using ADP Workforce, including corrections and adjustments.
– Collaborate with managers to resolve missing time entries, schedule updates, and time-off requests.
– Monitor and maintain time clock systems to ensure accurate reporting.
– Assist new hires with benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries.
– Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies raised by staff.
– Reconcile weekly time and attendance data and review invoices for temporary staffing agencies.
– Prepare and submit year-end tax documents and issue Records of Employment (ROEs) as needed.
Qualifications:
– Experience in payroll administration within medium to large organizations.
– Proficiency with ADP Workforce or similar payroll systems.
– Strong understanding of payroll legislation, deductions, and compliance requirements.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Effective communicator, able to work with employees, managers, and external agencies.
