Position: Office Administrator in Acton, ON
Location: Acton

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong payroll experience to join a 3PL Logistics company for a 3 month contract to support the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Hours:

8:30 am – 5:00 pm;
Rate of Pay: $22/Hr

What we’re looking for:

Payroll (Primary Focus – 150 Employees)
  • Process bi weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review timesheets and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment standards.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies or employee inquiries.
HR Administration
  • Manage and update employee records, documentation, and files.
  • Draft, organize, and process HR documents such as letters, forms, and reports.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via email and other communication platforms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks to support day to day operations.
What you bring:
  • Previous experience in HR administration, payroll, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of bi weekly payroll processes.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with payroll systems considered an asset.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle for commuting to Acton, ON.
