Manage and execute Uline's safety program, policies and procedures for our Toronto branch.
Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and ensure our program meets both legal requirements and Uline’s standards.
Drive continuous safety improvements, review incident reports and conduct warehouse safety audits to ensure compliance.
Lead and develop a team of Safety Coordinators to implement all safety initiatives.
Partner with Human Resources on worker’s compensation claims.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of warehouse safety program management experience.
Certifications in First Aid, Material Handling Equipment and Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Provincial-level OHS experience preferred.
Worker’s compensation and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) experience a plus.
