• Coach Supervisors on employee relations issues

• Oversee budget monitoring and project execution

• Lead outage response and safety audits

Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant technical experience

• 5 years in a managerial role in utility operations

• Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code

• Familiarity with collective agreements

• Valid Class G license
