Youth Engagement Specialist at YFC

Make a difference in youth lives as a Youth Engagement Specialist with Youth Unlimited YFC. Develop and implement creative activities aimed at supporting their holistic growth in Southwestern Ontario.

This role calls for someone aligned with our mission, promoting meaningful engagement among youth through tailored programs. You will collaborate with volunteers, manage fundraising advocacy, and maintain a strong administrative framework. Upholding the organization's policies and contributing to team efforts is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging programs for youth development

• Build relationships with youth and advocate for their needs

• Complete regular administrative duties and reports

• Participate in staff retreats and training sessions

• Engage in fundraising activities and community outreach

Requirements:

• Fully aligned with Youth Unlimited YFC’s mission

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal

• Preferred post-secondary education background

• Successful Criminal Reference Check required
