We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales & Support. This position will play an integral role in communicating with clients in the region. The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar position and have a professional manner with the ability to deal with a diverse group of people.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to receive purchase orders and product inquiriesCreate Customer OrdersExpedite orders by communicating with scheduling, production and shippingMonitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on trackKeep clients updated on the status of ordersPrepare customer quotes as neededManage customer relationshipsOther administration duties as requiredEducation and Experience:
Completed post-secondary education in business related field or equivalent experienceSales experience in the wheel/tire industry or service/parts industry an assetOther Skills & Abilities
