We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our growing Sales Department. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales, estimating, and operations teams to ensure quotes, proposals, and contracts move seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in managing sales documentation, maintaining CRM data, tracking KPIs, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork, and driving efficiency across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do

Manage inbound inquiries and distribute leads to the appropriate sales staff

Coordinate and track quotes, proposals, and signed contracts through the sales process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for clients, projects, and opportunities

Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights that help shape sales strategies.

Prepare and distribute sales reports, tracking KPIs, pipeline activity and quote logs

Assist the sales team with administrative support such as scheduling, document prep, and proposal formatting

Communicate with clients to confirm site details, proposal delivery and document receipt

Support seamless handoffs between sales, operations and scheduling teams

Track and follow up on outstanding proposals, ensuring timely client engagement

Help organize sales-related events such as client meetings, trade shows and lunch & learns

Support the Sales Manager in monitoring team performance and process compliance

What You Bring

2+ years of administrative or sales coordination experience (construction or service industry preferred)

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce or similar preferred)

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative, service-oriented approach with a focus on follow-through and accuracy

A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
