F&I Manager – Team Honda Powerhouse Of Milton

Leggat Auto Group is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager in our Business Office. This role is ideal for professionals currently working as an F&I or Business Manager who want to expand their experience within a collaborative dealership environment.

Compensation:
Commission based on target annual earnings of $135,000$160,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with financing options and related products to support vehicle purchases.
  • Structure sales transactions to achieve profitability while meeting customer and lender requirements.
  • Maintain required knowledge, licensing, and certifications for the role.
  • Desk and submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and complete transactions.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with applicable municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review contracts and related documentation.
  • Audit completed deals to ensure accuracy and identify process improvements.
  • Support timely funding of completed contracts.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience with dealership finance and insurance processes.
  • Knowledge of deal structuring and lender requirements.
  • Familiarity with vehicle registration and title processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • OMVIC certification (required or must be obtained).
  • Valid driver’s licence, where required for job duties.
