Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Sales Representative you are responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiring to the final purchase of a vehicle.
Compensation: On Target Earnings of $100,000+ with Bonus and Commission pay structure

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.
Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Exceptional Customer Service
Demonstrated successful track record in sales including generating a customer base and strategic sales channels
Self‑starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Professional sales aptitude
Creative and solution‑driven
Understands the importance of being part of a team
Utilizes all tools from digital to CRM applications and social media
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
OMVIC Certification required
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check
