Inside Sales & Support

We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales & Support. This position will play an integral role in communicating with clients in the region.

• Communicate with clients to receive purchase orders and product inquiries
• Create customer orders
• Expedite orders by communicating with scheduling, production and shipping
• Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track
• Keep clients updated on the status of orders
• Prepare customer quotes as needed
• Manage customer relationships
• Other administration duties as required

Completed post‑secondary education in a business‑related field or equivalent experience. Sales experience in the wheel/tire industry or service/parts industry an asset.
