Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Automation

We''re looking for a driven and curious Inside Sales Representative to support growth in our Industrial Automation business.

• Support the sales cycle:
  Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
• Support opportunities from initial inquiry through close.
• Partner with field sales and distributors to move deals forward.
• Provide technical sales support:
  Recommend solutions and perform product comparisons;
  Communicate product value clearly to customers and partners;
  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical questions.
• Grow the business:
  Identify and qualify recent leads, including OEMs and system integrators;
  Support outbound prospecting and targeted growth initiatives;
  Help expand opportunities through upsell and cross‑sell efforts.
• Support channel partners and relationships:
  Act as a key resource for distributor sales teams;
  Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely follow‑up;
  Build strong, lasting customer and partner relationships.

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of industrial automation solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Curious, proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% nationally.

Expected pay range: CAD
81,600–CAD
122,400 per year (base pay plus short‑term incentives).
