Position: Inside Sales & Support )
We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales & Support. This position will play an integral role in communicating with clients in the region.
Responsibilities   Communicate with clients to receive purchase orders and product inquiries
Create customer orders
Expedite orders by communicating with scheduling, production and shipping
Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track
Keep clients updated on the status of orders
Prepare customer quotes as needed
Manage customer relationships
Other administration duties as required
Education & Experience  Completed post‑secondary education in a business‑related field or equivalent experience. Sales experience in the wheel/tire industry or service/parts industry an asset.
Skills & Abilities   Self‑directed, resourceful, motivated and results oriented
Versatile at prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people and handle challenging situations
Strong attention to detail
Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
Sound judgment and decision‑making ability
Mechanical aptitude an asset
