Join Doman Building Materials as an Account Manager based in Southwestern Ontario. Drive sales growth by building relationships and managing accounts while promoting our diverse product lines.
This permanent, full-time role emphasizes relationship management with retailers and specifiers. You will leverage your sales skills to develop new opportunities and support existing accounts effectively. With your technical proficiency and understanding of customer needs, you will communicate product benefits and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers in the building sector
• Promote Doman’s product lines and manufacturers’ programs
• Identify and source new business opportunities
• Conduct diligent call planning to optimize client visits
• Provide technical product insights during discussions
Requirements:
• Strong outside sales experience in the building materials industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High school diploma, post-secondary preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
