Position: Southwestern Ontario Account Manager Role

Step into the role of Account Manager with Doman Building Materials, focused on the Southwestern Ontario region. Drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships while representing all product lines.

This permanent, full-time position places you at the forefront of Doman’s sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing accounts while actively sourcing new business opportunities. Your technical aptitude, effective communication skills, and proactive sales strategies will empower you to engage effectively with clients at various levels within the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and expand existing customer accounts

• Actively promote and implement manufacturers' programs

• Conduct technical sales discussions with clients

• Partner with manufacturers' representatives for optimal strategies

• Diligently plan calls to maximize customer engagement

Requirements:

• Significant experience in outside sales with senior decision-makers

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities

• Knowledge of building materials and construction practices

• Occasional ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid Canadian driver's license and clean driving record
