Qualicare Business Development Specialist

Join Qualicare Milton as a Business Development Representative and transform how families seek home care. Build relationships and assure quality service across the Halton region for those in need.

In this role, you'll serve as the community touchpoint for Qualicare, working with hospitals, senior living facilities, and healthcare professionals. Generating referrals will be your primary focus, all while ensuring effective collaboration with our Care teams. Your outreach will also include community involvement and tailored marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a diverse referral network within healthcare

• Conduct 25–40 outreach touchpoints weekly

• Organize educational and community engagement events

• Collaborate with the Care team for seamless client transitions

• Monitor progress in the CRM and adjust outreach strategies

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years in business development or sales

• Passionate about building relationships in healthcare

• Organized and CRM-comfortable

• Valid Ontario driver's license required for travel

• Experience in home care or healthcare highly regarded
