As part of the Nedco brand, you'll engage customers through phone and email communication, showcasing your two-plus years of inside sales or customer service experience. Your ability to multitask will help ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently while confirming stock availability and managing follow-up calls on quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service customers via phone and email daily

• Process orders, inquiries, and quotations

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Verify stock availability and recommend alternatives

• Conduct follow-up calls on all quotations

Requirements:

• At least two years in inside sales or customer service

• Strong communication and relationship skills

• Excellent multitasking and time management

• Knowledge of electrical products necessary

• AS400 experience preferred
