Counter/Inside Sales Representative – Milton, ON

As a Counter/Inside Sales Representative, you will complete the order process, provide pricing terms, prepare small order quotes for contracting jobs, and offer product knowledge to customers. You will also expedite orders efficiently and maintain a high level of customer service.

• Service customers via phone and counter sales
• Process orders, inquiries and quotations
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
• Put away counter stock
• Maintain the showroom and counter shelves
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required

• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written
• Product knowledge of the electrical business
• Good organizational skills
• Computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with AS400
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical industry

Annual base salary range: CAD 50,000 – 65,000, determined by experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
