As a Mobile Field Mechanic at Aecon, you'll handle both preventative and corrective maintenance work while troubleshooting various types of construction machinery. Your responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting safety checks, and operating equipment safely. Work closely with teams to enhance operational success while upholding the highest standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and diagnostics on vehicles

• Maintain and service construction equipment properly

• Ensure safety compliance on all tasks

• Read repair manuals and schematics

• Provide technical support to junior staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience required

• Truck and Coach Service License (310T) needed

• Extensive mechanical knowledge

• Capability for heavy lifting

• Strong communication skills
