In this role, you'll bring your skills in construction and property maintenance to complete a variety of tasks independently. Successful candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and possess their own tools and vehicle to manage daily appointments effortlessly. Expect dynamic work, as each day involves different assignments that you will track using our mobile work app.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete general maintenance and repair work for residential units
• Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Install and remove lockboxes as needed
• Replace HVAC filters and conduct routine maintenance
• Document work with clear photos and digital inspection reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance or construction
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle for travel
• Basic English communication skills for clear interaction
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using GPS and mobile apps for appointments
