We are currently searching for a Field Service/Install Rep reporting to the Field Supervisor. This is a Full-Time Permanent opportunity. This position will be servicing the area(s) of Waterloo /Kitchener & occasionally Owen Sound. In this hands‑on field-based role, you will provide draught system cleaning, maintenance, installation, and repair services to licensed establishments throughout the assigned territory. Working directly with customers, you will troubleshoot technical issues, deliver exceptional service, provide product and system guidance, and build strong customer relationships that support long‑term satisfaction and retention.

You will also manage an efficient service route, maintain accurate records and inventory, complete invoicing and administrative requirements, and identify opportunities to grow our customer base through ongoing service excellence and new business development activities.

This is a field based opportunity in Waterloo/Kitchener. A valid G class driver's license and clean abstract is required. A company vehicle will be provided.

• Carry out line cleaning and service in assigned geographic area. Maintain and grow, line cleaning customer base provide on demand service as required
• Troubleshoot and repair draught services problems and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and organize efficient schedule to maximize return on investment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving service concerns, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a positive customer experience that drives retention and long‑term partnerships
• Use knowledge of systems design and installation technics to build and install beverage systems
• Maintain route schedule by means of record keeping and ensuring work orders are up to date
• Visits to new licensee customers and/or existing establishments who currently do not subscribe to our services
• Complete all invoicing in a timely manner adhering to company policy
• Maintain sufficient inventory levels for service area. Ensure inventory accuracy reconciliation
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

• Must have completed High School and/or GED equivalent
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence / clear driver's abstract required

• Mechanical/Trade background is preferred, but not required

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Ability to use various hand tools, working from heights (ladders, lifts), and physically fit and capable to lift heavy materials (75lbs)
• Demonstrated interpersonal and time management skills
• Basic accounting knowledge with good computer skills (Microsoft office, outlook, Windows and Excel)
• Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight, on-call and overtime as needed
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self starter with the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, strong customer service aptitude with attention to detail
