Join Metso’s Field Services Beneficiation Team, dedicated to maximizing equipment performance and ensuring operational reliability across mining and industrial sectors. You will leverage your skills in automation, troubleshooting, and customer service while working primarily on-site at various customer locations throughout Canada. Expect significant travel with up to five customer visits per month as you directly contribute to enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and optimize Metso automation systems for clients
• Perform planned maintenance and inspections at customer sites
• Troubleshoot technical issues in PLC, DCS, and networking systems
• Conduct training and deliver technical support to customers
• Document service activities using Metso digital platforms
Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in Automation Engineering Technology
• Minimum five years in industrial automation or instrumentation
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and software systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
