• Support and manage a variety of water infrastructure projects, including planning, design, permitting, inspection, and construction administration for water treatment, distribution, and storage systems.
• Contribute to sanitary sewer collection and conveyance projects, including planning, design, and permitting for pump stations, collection, conveyance, and treatment facilities.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater planning, and drainage design, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage with regulatory agencies, interpret regulations, and prepare feasibility studies, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Mentor junior staff, oversee project efforts, and develop new client relationships to foster business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, or related discipline).
• 4+ years of professional experience in engineering, with a focus on design projects.
• PE license in Delaware and/or Maryland is required.
• Experience with land development and infrastructure improvement projects, especially public works infrastructure and wet utilities, is a plus.
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro
