• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Must be available to work the following schedule:
  Monday
  - Friday 8:30 am
  -5 pm

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
• Our office is located in Milton, Delaware.
• Our office is open M-T 8:30-5 F 8-3.
