Staff Management | SMX is hiring Production Processing Associates to work with our client in Harbeson, DE. Production Processing Associates work in a fast-paced poultry processing facility, supporting various stages of production.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with opportunities for overtime. No experience is required - training will be provided. Walk-in applications are welcome Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Perks & Benefits:

Full Time, Temporary or Contract. Pay Rate: $15.50 - $15.70 / hour Duties:
Responsibilities include performing the required duties with safety and quality as the top priority. Measure your individual contributions, yet enjoy a team of individuals performing a similar function. Position Requirements:
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for the duration of the shift. Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. The ability to work in a team. Associates to meet attendance expectations. The ability and willingness to work all shifts/schedules as needed, including overtime. The ability to work in a cool, sometimes cold working environment.

Requirements:
Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds. No Education Requirement.
