Working Commercial Concrete Foreman Opportunity
KLH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Working Commercial Concrete Foreman who can independently lead commercial concrete projects while remaining actively involved in field production.
This role is ideal for a hands-on concrete professional who can take a current set of drawings, coordinate with the general contractor's onsite leadership, organize the crew, operate equipment, and move a project from layout through completion with limited daily oversight.
The successful candidate will help KLH build stronger field leadership, improve quality and production, and reduce the company owners need to personally supervise every phase of each project.
This is not a desk-only supervisory role. The Working Foreman must be prepared to lead from the field, operate equipment, solve problems, and work alongside the crew when necessary.
KLH Enterprises is a commercial and industrial concrete contractor based in Milton, Delaware. Our work includes footings, foundations, commercial slabs, structural concrete, loading areas, ADA access features, and concrete systems for industrial and pre-engineered metal-building projects.
We are a hands-on company that values quality workmanship, integrity, accountability, safety, respect, and clear communication. We expect leaders to set the standard, support their crews, solve problems, and take ownership of project results.

We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, parental status, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, political affiliation, military or veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
