Qualifications:

• Eligible for Delaware state licensure as an SLP or CFY
• Skilled working with early childhood through high school students (K-12)
• Experience with moderate to severe student populations is valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver individualized speech-language therapy, addressing a wide range of needs: assistive technology, augmentative communication, articulation, voice and oral-motor skills, feeding, and language delays
• Administer diagnostic and evaluative assessments, interpreting results to develop best practice recommendations
• Generate detailed, insightful reporting from assessments and observations to track and communicate student progress
• Draft and implement IEP objectives, ensuring measurable, student-focused outcomes
• Partner with parents and school colleagues to discuss developmental milestones, support strategies, and ongoing goals
