Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in student homes and caring for groups of 8–13 students. You will supervise, guide, and support students to foster their academic, emotional, and social growth in a structured, family-like environment.
Each couple starts in a rotating nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, with progression to a placed houseparent role living with the same group.
