Outpatient general dentistry position serving adults and children. Bread-and-butter dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. High-volume patient population within a community health setting. Medicaid-focused practice with established workflows and support staff. Clinical autonomy with support from experienced dental leadership. Opportunity to serve underserved communities while building a long-term practice.
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. No traditional call schedule. Predictable 8-hour workdays.
Base salary: $170,000 - $210,000. Productivity bonus structure. NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 (2-year commitment). Medical insurance (up to 90% employer-paid premium). Dental insurance. Vision insurance. $100,000 life insurance coverage. Disability insurance. 401(k) with 3% employer match. 17 PTO days. 10 paid holidays. $2,500 annual CME stipend. 5 CME days. Malpractice insurance coverage.
DDS or DMD required. Active Florida dental license or ability to obtain required. Preferred:
General dentistry experience. Experience treating adults and children. Community health experience. Medicaid patient population experience. High-volume practice experience. Open to:
New graduates. Experienced dentists.
