Guidance Counselor: Social/Educational, Child Development/Support
CDAC is seeking master's level clinicians to deliver counseling services to students in a public‐school setting to build resiliency in youth facing multiple risk factors, so they may lead healthy, productive, drug and violence free lives. The counselor works to provide individual and/or group support to students using evidence‑based curricula and counseling theories and techniques.
Several job openings at various schools throughout Santa Rosa County from K‑12th grade.
The positions require a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with individual and group support services/counseling experience, preferably within a school‑based setting.
This is a permanent full‑time position with a 10‑month schedule (191 days), which follows the school calendar. School holidays and breaks are observed, including summer break. The salary is $36,000 annually, based on the 10‑month schedule. You will not need to reapply each year to continue employment.
