Dispensary Associate - Part-time

Trulieve provides, in partnership with physicians, products and dosage counseling to ensure patients receive compassionate care.

The Dispensary Associate guides customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on benefits and potential side effects, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating a purchase in compliance with State regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with any product or device issues.
• Work with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform any other task(s) assigned by management.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Follow all Trulieve policies and procedures as a delivery associate.

• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in a related field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash‑handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a variety of personalities.
• Excellent people skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to work effectively without supervision and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
• Converse English skills and ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices.
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
• Must pass a comprehensive background record check.

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday and use prosthetics if necessary.
• Must function independently and interact effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people.

• Move or traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces.
• Manipulate objects up to 50 lb; push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lb; ascend or descend steps, stools, ladders.
• Occasionally remain in a seated position.

• Flexible hours dependent on store needs; availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 25 hours per week with potential after‑hours work based on business needs.
