The Treasury Services Sales Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, and growth of the bank’s Treasury Management products and services. This role supports Commercial Banking by driving treasury sales, enhancing customer relationships, and increasing non-interest fee income. The position partners closely with Commercial Lenders, Business Bankers, and the Treasury Management Sales team to expand existing relationships, develop new business, and provide expertise in cash management solutions.
PRIMARYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer needs to ensure the bank is competitive in Treasury offerings.
- Develop and execute Treasury Management strategies aligned with the bank’s overall strategic plan.
- Oversee Treasury Management product development, pricing, vendor relationships, system enhancements, and ongoing product support.
- Ensure Treasury Services operate in compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Drive Treasury fee income and deposit growth through prospecting, referrals, and portfolio development.
- Analyze customer cash flow needs to recommend treasury and liquidity solutions.
- Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and revenue trends through reporting and analytics.
- Partner with Commercial Lenders, Business Bankers, and the Treasury Management Sales team on joint sales calls, customer presentations, and relationship expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Provides guidance and oversight to and is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned team. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; employee compensation; approving expense reports; addressing concerns and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of treasury management, cash management, business banking, or commercial banking relationship management experience.
- 2+ years supervisory experience with proven ability to lead high performing teams.
- Successful experience developing new business with focus in a customer-facing, relationship-based, or sales-support role.
- Knowledge and experience selling or supporting Treasury Management products such as Automated Clearing House (ACH), Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Lockbox Services, and Fraud Mitigation tools (Positive Pay), Account Reconciliation Services, Merchant Card Services, and Sweep Accounts.
- Experience partnering with lenders or business bankers for outside customer calling efforts.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with banking system software, Microsoft Office products, with ability to adapt to changing technology.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of treasury management, cash management, business banking, or commercial banking relationship management experience.
