Are you a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ready to make a significant impact in kiddos' lives? The Stepping Stones Group is looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team for a part-time, substitute position in schools in Milton, FL!

What We're Looking For:

* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB

* Experience with school-based interventions is a plus, but not required

* 1+ year of experience in ABA or related field

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

What You'll Do:

* Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in a school-based setting across multiple school locations

* Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

* Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA

* Provide behavior support and staff coaching in classroom environments

* Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and school staff

* Promote positive behavior strategies and student independence
