• Current license in hand with an active state license or equivalent compact license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Must have an active license in hand and be eligible to practice
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy
• 2 current leadership references and 1 current coworker reference
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
