Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services for public school students in Florida. This is an immediate need, and the position will continue through May 27, 2027.Compensation: $55-$60 per hour Position Details:

Immediate Need Full-Time: 40 hours per week School

Schedule:

6:45 AM - 2:15 PM, Monday-Friday Time built into the workday for documentation and paperwork

No extra school duties assigned (no bus duty, lunch duty, car rider duty, etc.)Strong district and administrative support
1099 Contract Position Position available immediately through May 27, 2027

Required Qualifications:

Current CCC-SLP certification

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License Florida Department of Education certification (as required for school-based practice)
Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances

Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate speech and language goals for students

Provide direct speech-language therapy services

Deliver push-in and/or pull-out services as determined by student needs

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Support students' communication needs to promote academic, social, emotional, and vocational success
