What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations — from food safety and guest service to training and scheduling.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers excellence.
Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and profitability goals to hit performance targets.
Execute operational plans and adapt strategies to ensure consistent, top-tier performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality expectations.
Represent OMG McDonald's as a leader who values integrity, teamwork, and hospitality.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in food service or quick-service management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Consistent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to inspire, teach, and hold others accountable
- A guest-first mindset, always leading with service
